Reshma at the front desk made check-in seamless, going above and beyond to verify my insurance coverage and ensure my benefits were accurately applied, including catching that I had already met my annual out of pocket and had no copay due. That kind of attention to detail makes a real difference. During my return visit, Reshma greeted me with the same warm smile, which made me feel genuinely welcomed and confident in establishing care here. This has been my second visit with Kayla Trinh, PA from Lucid Dermatology. The wait time was about 10min past the appointment. During a full body scan I was able to have all my questions answered which also covered an ointment I had from years ago. Kayla explained certain treatments and the usage of prescriptions as well as possible side effects. She clearly communicated all findings. Prescriptions to different pharmacies (not my usual one) were submitted promptly. The exam felt thorough compared to a previous one with a different doctor many years ago at which I did not have to remove my socks. This time, the inspection covered between the toes, the entire head at the hairline, and every potentially hidden spot. I am very happy with my choice and recommend Kayla as professional, knowledgable and communicative. She is patient and easy to understand making sure all concerns are addressed.
