From the very first phone call, the experience was a bit frustrating. I called twice and was placed on hold for a long time each time, which almost made me choose another office. I ended up going online to schedule my appointment instead. On the day of my visit, I called again because I was having trouble finding parking, and once more I was placed on hold for quite a while. However, when I arrived, I recognized the front desk representative’s voice right away and was finally able to put a face to it. In person, she turned out to be pleasant and helpful, which made things better. The office itself is beautiful, very clean, and well-organized. The wait time was perfect because as soon as I sat down and open my phone they called me to the back. I was in there no more than 1 hour being a first time patient. Everything looked spotless, and even the tools were shining, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care provided. The medical assistant I wish I could remember her name but was wonderful warm, caring, gentle, and very human in her approach. She made me feel at ease right away. Louis Lam hand down was amazing truly stood out. I was uneasy about a guy seeing me because all the guys dermatologists I seen never really look time they always brush and rush. No not Louis Lam He greeted me with a smile, took his to time hear me and explain everything clearly, and was very friendly and approachable. On top of that, his own great skin spoke for itself, which added to my trust in his expertise. Overall, despite the long hold times on the phone, the in-office experience was positive, and the care I received made the visit worthwhile. Thank you Louis Lam can’t wait until my next appointment
I had such a great experience at Lucid Dermatology, especially with Mira! She gave me an amazing facial. My skin just felt instantly refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother afterward. What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable and thoughtful she was. She really took the time to assess my skin and explain what was going on with my skin barrier in a way that actually made sense to me.
