I had the pleasure of being treated by Louis Lam PA-C this week. Lou, made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit by answering all of my tedious questions and assuaging my anxieties. Having almost a decade of dermatology experience, Lou’s expert insight and deft hands really impressed me. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family!
So I had issues with face acne, skin spot on my back and few in front and hair. I got recommended from my cousin about this clinic. I had pleasure experience when I went there first time. I met with the doctor assistant, who had asked me basic question and concern for that day. Eventually, I was introduce with my doctor. Athena. She was really sweet and patient doctor, who had answered all my questions with patient. (Despite the fact that they wrote quite busy that day). She had given me medication such as lotion for my face; shampoo and ointment for skin spot (turn out it was rash). As for hair, she give me information of which route i could take and give me time before I decide. As well, they did a face acne treatment that day. They had told me come back for next visit for my face acne treatment again. I had used the medicine. For acne, it seemed to me the same. But for the rash, I definitely saw the improvement. It was much less visible compare to before. And again, during our next visit, she give undivided attention and answered all my questions. I also address issues about my bag under my eyes. And she recommended 2 eye cream for day and night time. Purchase their face wash and hair growth. While I was making another appointment for next visit, it’s sad to learned she will be leaving.
